HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.


CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Enkanta Jewelry Care

Remove when sleeping.
Keep it dry! Remove when bathing or swimming.
Avoid direct contact with salt water and harsh chemicals such as chlorine or detergents.
Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing your jewelry.
Remove when working out.
Store in your Enkanta Box or Pouch.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Full priced items are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your product. Items Purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return. If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging, new and unworn, in re-stockable condition.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODES?

Only one discount code, offer or promotion is valid per order. Discount codes, sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.
