HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days after processing.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. If the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.
CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Enkanta Jewelry Care:

Remove when sleeping
Keep it dry! Remove when bathing or swimming
Avoid direct contact with salt water and harsh chemicals such as chlorine or detergents
Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing your jewelry

HOW LONG WILL MY GOLD PLATED JEWELRY LAST?
With proper care, your 18k gold plated pieces can maintain their shine for years. Following our jewelry care instructions will significantly extend the life of your pieces.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes! All Enkanta Jewelry pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
For light cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish your jewelry. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a cloth slightly dampened with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR JEWELRY?
Our pieces are crafted from solid 925 sterling silver and high-quality stainless steel, all with 18k gold plating, ensuring durability and a luxurious appearance at an affordable price.

Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Full priced items are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving your product. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and not eligible for return. If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging, new and unworn, in re-stockable condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To start your return process, please email info@enkantajewelry.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange your item, please follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original item, we'll process your exchange for the new item of your choice, subject to availability.

Enter your discount or promo code at checkout to apply it to your order. Only one discount code, offer or promotion is valid per order. Product Questions
ARE YOUR PIECES WATERPROOF?
While our jewelry is water-resistant, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities where they might be exposed to excessive moisture to maintain their longevity.
DO YOUR EARRINGS COME WITH BACKINGS?
Yes, all our earrings come with secure backings appropriate to the style of the earring.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
We currently don't offer custom designs, but we regularly release new collections.
